Coeur coulant au citron
Recette trouvée sur le site Papilles et Pupilles mais je l'ai fait cuire dans un moule à cake donc il y a un coeur coulant.
4 oeufs
130 g de sucre
80 g de beurre
120 g de farine
1 sachet de levure chimique
2 citrons: zestes et jus

Préchauffer le four à 180°C
Séparer les blancs des jaunes, monter les blancs en neige.
Mélanger les jaunes et le sucre jusqu'à blanchiment puis ajouter le jus et les zestes de citron. Mélanger.
Ajouter le beurre fondu puis la farine et la levure. Terminer par les blancs en neige.
Mettre dans un moule à cake, cuire 20 minutes à 180°C.
